Shots fired by teenagers damages vehicle over the weekend – One arrested, Two Sought – Rocky Mount

Around 8pm Saturday night a car occupied by three teens fired shots at another vehicle operated by another group of teens on Winstead Ave near Curtis Ellis Dr.

The suspect vehicle was driven by MADISON BENNETT GLOVER 18, GLOVER was arrested in Carteret County on Monday and charged with  felony conspiracy for assault w a deadly weapon w intent to kill she had her first appearance in court today. The other two occupants DANIEL HAWKINS and RANDY RUFFIN JR “RJ” both have outstanding warrants fin connection to the crime. Neither have been located.

The suspect vehicle followed the victims from Sutters Creek area and then RUFFIN began to fire shots once on Winstead Ave striking the car and nearly striking a teenager in the back seat. According to sources.

The teens know each other, this was not a random incident.
