Man out on bond charged in five break ins – Edgecombe County

Since November, there have been several break-ins in the Southern Terrace area of Princeville. Last week, detectives were able to clear 5 of them with the arrest of Trakelvious Williams of 905 King Avenue. Detectives found property from two different break-ins in Williams’ house.

Williams was charged with:

Breaking and Entering (3 cts), Felony Larceny (2 cts), Larceny of a Firearm (5 cts), Possession of Firearm by Felon (3 cts), Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle, Attempt 2nd Degree Burglary, and Injury to Real Property.

He was placed in the Edgecombe County Detention Center under a $450,000 bond. At the time of these crimes, Williams was out on bond for break-ins and possessing firearms while a convicted felon.
